Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a Teller to greet customers in our lobby, demonstrate mobile app usage, and guide simple transactions. You will provide personalized service, identify financial needs, and connect customers with Bankers for next steps.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED is required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to enhance long-term customer relationships.
• Ability to solve problems and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service.
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• You’ll greet customers in our lobbies and assist with transactions.
• You’ll demonstrate how to use our mobile app and ATMs for simple transactions.
• You’ll provide personalized advice and connect customers to Bankers for next steps.
• You’ll educate customers about Citizens products and benefits and respond to questions.
• You’ll follow all financial policies and cash handling procedures.
