Job summary

Citizens is seeking a customer-focused Associate to greet customers in our lobbies and guide them through using our mobile app and ATMs for simple transactions. You will deliver personalized advice to help customers reach their financial goals and connect them with Bankers for next steps.

You will educate customers on Citizens products and benefits, respond to questions, and follow cash handling standards and regulatory requirements. Weekend/evening availability supports branch needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services.
• Strong listening and communication skills; able to identify customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in lobbies and assist with using our mobile app or ATMs for simple transactions.
• Provide personalized advice and solutions to help customers meet financial goals and connect them to Bankers for next steps.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits and respond to questions and concerns following all policies.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and all state/local laws and regulations.
