Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Account Manager in personal lines or similar.
• Knowledge of auto, home, and liability policies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Licensing requirements or ability to obtain P&C license.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with individual clients.
• Identify personal insurance needs and recommend solutions.
• Manage renewals, claims, and policy updates.
• Explain policy terms, coverages, and exclusions.
