Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a driven Personal Lines Account Manager to join our Seattle team. This role acts as the main liaison for clients, managing accounts and delivering tailored personal insurance solutions with excellence.

You will build strong client relationships, assess needs, and collaborate with underwriters to secure optimal terms, renewals, and coverage while maintaining meticulous records in our system.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in personal lines account management or similar role.
• Active P&C (Property and Casualty) license is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exemplary service.
• Serve as the primary contact for personal lines accounts, advising on policies and renewals.
• Identify client needs, assess risk, and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate terms and coverages.
• Process policy changes, cancellations, endorsements, billing inquiries and claims.
• Track renewals and proactively manage client retention.
• Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system.
• Stay current on industry trends and regulations to advise clients.
