Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines CSR / Account Manager to service an existing book of Personal Lines clients and build lasting relationships.

You will handle policy changes, renewals, and client inquiries, working closely with Producers and carriers to ensure accurate coverage and responsive service. Entry-level candidates with a strong interest in insurance are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Personal Lines insurance is preferred.
• License in Property & Casualty preferred, or willingness to obtain one.
• Entry-level candidates with a strong interest in building a career in insurance are encouraged to apply.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day servicing of an assigned book of Personal Lines clients
• Handle policy changes, endorsements, billing inquiries, and other client service requests
• Oversee policy renewals and proactively communicate with clients regarding coverage updates
• Review existing accounts to identify coverage gaps and opportunities for account rounding
• Assist clients with Home, Auto, Umbrella, and other Personal Lines insurance products
• Liaise with insurance carriers regarding underwriting, policy changes, and coverage questions
• Prepare quotes and assist with remarketing accounts when necessary
• Maintain accurate client and policy information in the agency management system
• Provide responsive and professional customer service to clients
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients
• Collaborate closely with Producers and other team members to ensure client satisfaction
