Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of account management experience in insurance, holds a Property & Casualty license, and is proficient with EPIC or similar systems.

Qualifications

• P&C license is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of solid account management experience in the insurance industry, preferably in an independent agency.
• Proficiency with EPIC or similar agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Assist with quoting new and renewal business, balancing both workflows.
• Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service to clients.
