Qualifications

• Experience as an Account Manager or similar client-facing role in insurance.
• Licensed to sell personal lines or ability to obtain licensing shortly after hire.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to deadlines.
• Proficient in insurance management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for personal lines insurance clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely resolutions.
• Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients, ensuring policies are accurate and updated to client needs.
• Provide personalized insurance recommendations and facilitate coverage changes as requested.
• Review renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and claims processing.
• Build relationships with clients and insurers, evaluate market trends, and advise on coverage options.
• Cross-sell additional products and services in line with policies and client needs.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales goals and maintain a supportive environment.
• Stay current on regulations, policies, and available products.
