Job summary

The Jonus Group in Hartselle, AL is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager for an in-office, full-time position. You will own an established book of business and serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout their insurance journey.

You'll manage client needs, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes, while building lasting relationships and coordinating with carrier partners to ensure a smooth client experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Personal Lines insurance required.
• Proven client service and relationship skills.
• Strong communication abilities, both written and spoken.
• Ability to assess client needs and propose solutions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Comfort with handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced office.
• Experience with AMS360 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of Personal Lines accounts as primary contact.
• Build long-term relationships through proactive service and communication.
• Handle policy changes, endorsements, renewals and billing inquiries.
• Review coverage options to help clients make informed decisions.
• Coordinate with carriers to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor renewals and assist with pricing and coverage reviews.
• Maintain accurate documentation and policy records.
• Collaborate with leadership and team to deliver outstanding service.
