Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking an outgoing Personal Insurance Account Manager to service personal lines clients. You will provide timely quotes, identify cross-selling opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer service while managing client relationships across multiple carriers.

Responsibilities include negotiating with underwriters for the best rates, handling new and renewal submissions, and quoting, binding, and issuing policies to maintain a strong book of business.

Qualifications

• Experience with personal lines in a brokerage/agency setting.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to self-direct the completion of job duties.
• Property & Casualty license required.
• Experience with carrier rating systems and multiple carriers.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely quotes, identify cross-selling opportunities, and deliver exceptional service to personal lines clients.
