ADP is seeking a Client Service Associate in New York who thrives on helping clients resolve questions quickly and effectively. You will be the go-to resource, build trusted relationships, and leverage our service guidelines to drive client success.

You will engage with clients over the phone, manage multiple tasks with agility, and continuously learn to deliver scalable solutions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a customer service environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in education and experience.
• A strong focus on client satisfaction in a relevant industry or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the Go-To Person and Trusted Advisor: Serve as a consultant in servicing ADP's products/technologies.
• Be a Networker and Relationship Builder: Build relationships with clients over the phone and leverage your knowledge of ADP's products and services to provide solutions.
• Experience you'll need: At least one year in a customer service environment; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; strong focus on client satisfaction.
