Qualifications

• At least one year in a customer service environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in education and experience.
• Strong focus on client satisfaction with HR/HRIS exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Go-To Person and Trusted Advisor for ADP's products/technologies.
• Build relationships with clients over the phone and provide solutions.
