Ashley is seeking energetic, relationship-driven individuals for a full-time retail sales role. You’ll start earning at $25/hour or commission while you learn, with a path to $22/hour or commission/bonus and eventually an uncapped commission plus bonus plan as a Trusted Advisor.

• Build genuine guest relationships and understand style, needs, priorities, timing, and budget.
• Recommend furniture, mattresses, protection, financing, and complete-room solutions that fit the guest's needs.
• Guide guests confidently from discovery through purchase and follow up after the sale.
• Create opportunities through prospecting, calls, texts, prior-guest outreach, open quotes, referrals, and appointment setting.
• Maintain an accurate guest pipeline, follow-up plan, and selling activity within company systems.
• Work toward individual written-sales, quality, activity, and performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, role-play, certification, and skill development.
• Use technology and communication tools to create repeat and referral business while contributing to a professional, accountable, positive, guest-focused store culture.
