Begin at $25/hour or commission and learn through training; progress to an uncapped commission with bonus plans as a Trusted Advisor. Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine guest relationships and understand style, needs, priorities, timing, and budget.
• Recommend furniture, mattresses, protection, financing, and complete-room solutions.
• Guide guests from discovery through purchase and follow up after the sale.
• Create opportunities through prospecting, calls, texts, prior-guest outreach, open quotes, referrals, and appointments.
• Maintain an accurate guest pipeline and selling activity within company systems.
• Work toward written-sales, quality, activity, and performance goals.
• Participate in training, coaching, role-playing, certification, and skill development.
• Use technology and tools to create repeat and referral business and contribute to a professional store culture.
