Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build genuine guest relationships and understand style, needs, priorities, timing, and budget.
• Recommend furniture, mattresses, protection, financing, and complete-room solutions.
• Guide guests from discovery through purchase and follow up after sale.
• Create opportunities through prospecting, calls, texts, prior-guest outreach, quotes, referrals, and appointment setting.
• Maintain an accurate guest pipeline and selling activity in company systems.
• Work toward written-sales, quality, activity, and performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, role-play, certification, and skill development.
