Job summary

Ashley Northeast is hiring for a full-time retail sales role at our Furniture retail locations. Start at $25/hour or commission while you learn, with growth to $28/hour equivalent and an uncapped commission + bonus plan as you advance to Trusted Advisor.

We train you with product knowledge, selling skills, and guest-experience coaching, offering modern tools and a clear career path toward Premier and President leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Relationship-driven and energetic learner
• Willingness to learn about product knowledge, selling skills, and guest experience
• Comfortable using technology and selling tools

Responsibilities

• Build genuine guest relationships and understand style, needs, priorities, timing, and budget
• Recommend furniture, mattresses, protection, financing, and complete-room solutions
• Guide guests from discovery through purchase and follow up after the sale
• Create opportunities through prospecting, calls, texts, prior-guest outreach, quotes, referrals, and appointments
• Maintain an accurate guest pipeline, follow-up plan, and selling activity in company systems
• Work toward written sales, quality, activity, and performance goals
• Participate in training, coaching, role-play, certification, and skill development
• Use technology to create repeat and referral business and contribute to a professional store culture
