Ashley / Factory Direct Enterprises is seeking a full‑time retail sales professional. Start at $25/hour or commission while you learn, with a path to $22/hour or commission/bonus as you grow, and an uncapped commission + bonus plan as a Trusted Advisor.

We emphasize building relationships, coaching, and a guest‑focused store culture. You will build pipelines, advise on furniture needs, and advance through Premier and President recognition as you grow with the team.

Responsabilidades

• Build genuine guest relationships and understand style, needs, priorities, timing, and budget.
• Recommend furniture, mattresses, protection, financing, and complete‑room solutions.
• Guide guests from discovery through purchase and follow up after the sale.
• Create opportunities through prospecting, calls, texts, referrals, and appointments.
• Maintain an accurate guest pipeline and selling activity in company systems.
• Work toward written‑sales, quality, activity, and performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and certification.
• Use technology to create repeat and referral business while upholding store culture.
