Responsibilities

• Build genuine guest relationships and understand style, needs, priorities, timing, and budget.
• Recommend furniture, mattresses, protection, financing, and complete‑room solutions that fit guest needs.
• Guide guests from discovery through purchase and follow up after the sale.
• Create opportunities through prospecting, calls, texts, prior‑guest outreach, open quotes, referrals, and appointments.
• Maintain an accurate guest pipeline, follow‑up plan, and selling activity within company systems.
• Work toward written‑sales, quality, activity, and performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, role‑play, certification, and skill development.
• Use technology and communication tools to create repeat and referral business while contributing to a professional, guest‑focused store culture.
