TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a versatile Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment for Trust & Safety, balancing large-scale operational hiring with specialized technical searches. You will partner with senior leaders to scale foundational operations and fill niche contributor roles in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

In this role, you will optimize pipelines, leverage advanced sourcing, and deliver data-driven insights to unblock complex talent pipelines.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including exposure to Trust & Safety, Content Ops, Risk/Fraud, Compliance, or Tech organizations.
• Experience supporting high-volume, scaled hiring alongside niche technical searches.
• Strong ability to leverage pipeline data, metrics, and market benchmarking to influence leadership.
• Expert-level sourcing to map passive talent in constrained markets.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end recruitment across Trust & Safety, balancing high-volume pipelines with niche technical roles.
• Design, build, and manage large-scale recruitment strategies to meet aggressive headcount ramps.
• Engage passive technical talent across safety, product, and compliance domains.
• Advise senior directors and HR partners with market insights and capacity planning.
• Implement rigorous screening to ensure cultural alignment and candidate experience.
• Manage offer lifecycle across varied compensation structures, including RSU/equity.
• Analyze recruiting data to identify bottlenecks and drive data-driven hiring decisions.
