Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking an HR4HR Business Partner in a hybrid US-based role focused on talent management and full-cycle recruitment across the HR and Workplace Services teams. You’ll partner with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders to drive aligned HR and TA strategies while supporting performance, development, and employee relations.

The role requires 5+ years of HR experience, integrity, and a Bachelor's degree, with a focus on strategic HR partnership and high-touch

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional HR experience with proven HRBP and talent acquisition experience.
• Expertise in managing end-to-end interview processes and closing complex equity offers.
• Deep understanding of HR modules: recruitment, performance management, employee relations, talent development and organizational effectiveness.
• Uncompromising integrity with a track record of maintaining confidentiality and trusted advisory duties.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: align Talent Acquisition and HR strategies with business growth.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: lead intake, sourcing, screening, offers and onboarding for HR and Workplace Services roles.
• Talent Management & Development: guide performance reviews, career paths, and workforce planning.
• Employee Relations: address ER issues with professional judgment and confidentiality.
• Organizational Culture: support team-building and promote a healthy culture for rapid development.
• Data-Driven Insights: provide recruitment reports, market insights, and talent trends.
• Project Management: lead OE/OC projects at the company level.
