TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC seeks an HR4HR Business Partner to drive talent strategy across the US. In a hybrid role, you will partner with HR and Workplace Services, guiding talent management, performance, and employee relations while shaping recruitment strategy across the organization.

You will lead end‑to‑end recruitment, support workforce planning, and promote a strong culture as the company scales. Candidates should have 5+ years in HR with integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional HR experience with HRBP and recruitment background.
• Experience in managing end‑to‑end interview processes and complex equity offers.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, performance, ER, development and OE concepts.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to align Talent Acquisition and HR strategies with rapid growth.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for HR and Workplace Services roles with a high‑touch candidate experience.
• Guide talent management, performance reviews, career paths, and workforce planning.
• Address employee relations issues with professional judgment and confidentiality.
• Support culture initiatives to promote a healthy, fast‑moving workplace.
• Deliver data‑driven recruitment reports and market insights to inform decisions.
• Lead or contribute to organizational effectiveness and culture projects.
