• Develop change roadmaps and business cases for realignments and pivots.
• Lead workforce segmentation and headcount modeling for capacity planning.
• Coach leaders on navigating rapid change and building matrixed teams.
• Collaborate with HR COE to deploy talent programs and total rewards.
