Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for the DataAI Lab team to partner with TA Partners and stakeholders to build a strong talent pipeline. You will drive sourcing strategies, maintain high-quality candidate flow, and support interview processes across multiple departments. This is a 6-month temporary assignment managed by a third-party agency.

The role emphasizes data-driven sourcing, collaboration, and a proactive mindset in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant sourcing experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and other social media, or technical forums.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 3+ years in-house or agency recruiting experience in hi-tech will be highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport across levels.
• Self-starter, results-oriented, resourceful, and quick to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the industry and willingness to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand hiring needs and manage sourcing strategy for key talent across levels.
• Develop efficient hiring processes and high-touch candidate experience to meet hiring goals.
• Support recruiters in candidate management, interviewing, and sourcing across departments and locations.
• Support sourcing projects and pipeline strategies (via LinkedIn and alternative search techniques).
