Competenze

• 2+ years in trust & safety, fraud, risk, compliance or related operations.
• Experience making decisions based on documented policies or investigations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate multiple sources.
• Excellent written communication and documentation.

Mansioni

• Review account access requests, eligibility, and verification details.
• Apply policies to approve, suspend, or revoke access.
• Investigate compromised accounts and suspicious activity.
• Review appeals and decide on enforcement outcomes.
• Investigate linked accounts, ban evasion, and fraud.
• Document findings and decisions with supporting evidence.
• Communicate outcomes to customers and internal teams.
• Identify gaps and suggest improvements to review procedures.
