Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Trust & Safety Intelligence Analyst to investigate suspicious activity, identify abuse patterns, and translate findings into scalable detections. You will work with large data sets, assess rule performance, and collaborate across product, policy, and operations to strengthen protections.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical curiosity, experience in fraud or trust and safety, and the ability to work remotely from anywhere in the US.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in fraud analysis, investigations, threat intelligence, trust and safety, risk operations, cybersecurity, or related field.
• Proficiency using SQL to query, join, validate, and analyze large datasets.
• Ability to investigate ambiguous activity, identify patterns, and reach evidence-based conclusions.
• Experience developing or improving fraud rules, risk controls, alerts or workflows.
• Understanding of detection performance concepts (precision, false positives, coverage).

Responsibilities

• Investigate suspicious activity and emerging abuse patterns; escalate complex threats.
• Translate findings into detection requirements, rules, and dashboards.
• Monitor detection performance and identify false positives or gaps.
• Provide actionable recommendations for product controls, policy changes, and enforcement.
