Empower is seeking a Senior Customer Support Specialist (Financial Integrity) to join the Trust & Safety team remotely in the United States. You will investigate fraud signals, refine protocols, and work with Support, Finance, and Engineering to protect customers and the platform.

You will report to the Manager of Trust and Safety, handle escalations, and help train new team members. This role requires strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience dealing with financial fraud and integrity.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with fraud detection tools.
• Detail-oriented, high-energy, driven and problem-solver.
• Experience using CRM tools like Zendesk or similar platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor transactions and account activity for signs of fraud or abuse.
• Take action to prevent loss and escalate as needed.
• Identify trends and contribute to detection rules and automation.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety, Finance, and Engineering teams.
• Refine escalation protocols and support onboarding of new staff.
