Platphorm is seeking a Trust and Safety Representative to work remotely as part of our Policies and Abuse team. You will enforce policies, review content for compliance, and investigate account activity to protect users and brands.

You will communicate policy decisions clearly, collaborate with Customer Advocacy and Risk Management, and help evolve our policies with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Formación

• Analytical thinker with curiosity for getting to the bottom of stories.
• Strong understanding of policy management and enforcement.
• Experience in policy, trust & safety, content moderation, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Enforce policies across websites while delivering an exceptional user experience.
• Review user-generated content for policy compliance.
• Assess accounts flagged for violations and investigate activity with cross-team collaboration.
• Communicate policies clearly and professionally to users.
• Provide feedback to teams on abuse and policy issues.
• Contribute to policy development and updates as needed.
