TravelCenters of America is seeking a Truck Service Advisor to provide first-rate service, write work orders, manage OTC transactions, and coordinate parts with vendors. You will promote products and services while maintaining accurate quotes and purchase orders.

The role requires strong communication, cashier experience, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced truck service environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior cashier and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills expected.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and conduct required.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions; secure purchase orders and prepare quotes.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Prepare end of shift drop and shift reports; manage different payment types.
• Maintain clean service counters, showroom, and restrooms; ensure safety of customers and team members.
• Provide excellent customer service and upsell products and services.
