TravelCenters of America is seeking a Truck Service Advisor to provide first-rate service, write work orders, and manage OTC transactions. You will leverage product knowledge to upsell services and coordinate purchases with vendors across a nationwide network of travel centers.

The role emphasizes professional conduct, strong communication, and the ability to handle payments and quotes while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction. Valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in cashiering or customer service is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Presents self in a professional manner to customers and coworkers.

Responsabilités

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions; prepare quotes and secure Purchase Orders.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of service counters, showroom, and restrooms.
• Ensure safety of both customers and team members.
