Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Truck Service Advisor to provide top‑tier service at our Truck Service locations. You will write work orders, handle OTC transactions, and communicate quotes to customers while maintaining accurate records and securing purchase orders.

This role requires strong customer service, basic computer skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are desired.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong suggestive selling skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions; secure Purchase Orders and prepare quotes.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Prepare end-of-shift drops and shift reports; communicate payment types.
• Maintain cleanliness of service counters, showroom, and customer restrooms; ensure safety of customers and team members.
