Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Truck Service Advisor to provide excellent customer service, manage work orders, and handle OTC transactions. You will coordinate parts sourcing, prepare quotes, and ensure accurate payments while maintaining a clean and safe service area.

Ideal candidates have cashier/customer service experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in varied indoor/outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Prior cashier and customer service experience preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Basic computer skills are expected for transactions and records.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions; prepare ETA Work Orders and quotes.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Prepare end of shift drop and shift report; understand payment types.
• Maintain cleanliness of service counters, showroom, and restrooms.
• Ensure safety of customers and team members.
