TravelCenters of America is seeking a Truck Service Advisor to join our TA Truck Service team. You will write and process work orders, perform OTC transactions, and secure purchase orders while ensuring top-notch customer service.

You will also source parts, prepare quotes, and coordinate with vendors to keep travelers on the road. We value strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Presents self in a professional manner to customers and coworkers.
• Strong suggestive selling skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions.
• Secure Purchase Orders and prepare quotes for customers.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of service counters and customer restrooms.
• Understand various payment types.
• Prepare end-of-shift drop and shift reports.
• Ensure the safety of customers and team members.
• Provide standout service to travelers and upsell where appropriate.
