Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Truck Service Advisor at our locations to deliver first-rate service, process work orders and OTC transactions, and coordinate parts procurement. You will interact with customers, document quotes, and ensure accuracy and efficiency across the service counter and shop floor.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience.
• Experience in repair or parts shop preferred.
• Present yourself professionally to customers, management and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions.
• Prepare ETA Work Order and secure Purchase Orders.
• Coordinate parts sourcing from outside vendors and arrange delivery.
• Prepare end of shift drop and shift reports; communicate quotes to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of service counters and showroom.
