Qualifications

• Must have cashier or retail experience with strong customer interaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions.
• Prepare and communicate quotes to customers and secure Purchase Orders.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Maintain clean and organized service counters and showroom.
• Ensure driver safety and policy compliance.
• Assist with shift reports and end-of-shift duties.
