Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Truck Service Advisor to deliver first-rate service at TA Truck Service locations. You will write and process Work Orders, handle OTC transactions, and secure Purchase Orders while guiding customers toward the best maintenance options.

You’ll collaborate with teammates to source parts, prepare quotes, and ensure timely communication with customers. A strong customer-service mindset and basic computer skills are essential for success in this fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in cashier and customer service preferred.
• Experience in repair or parts shop is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions; prepare ETA Work Order; secure Purchase Orders; communicate quotes to customers.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Prepare end of shift drop and shift report; understand various payment types.
• Maintain cleanliness of service counters, showroom, and restrooms.
• Ensure the safety of customers and team members.
