TravelCenters of America is seeking a Truck Service Advisor to join our TA Truck Service team. You will write work orders, handle OTC transactions, and assist customers with products and services.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, and basic computer skills. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required, with a valid driver’s license. Growth and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in repair or parts shop is a plus.
• Ability to perform suggestive selling and process transactions.
• Basic computer skills and a valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions.
• Secure Purchase Orders and communicate quotes to customers.
• Source parts from vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Prepare end of shift reports and understand payment types.
• Maintain cleanliness of service counters and restrooms.
• Ensure safety of customers and team members.
