TravelCenters of America is seeking a Truck Service Advisor to provide top-notch customer service, write work orders, and handle OTC transactions at our TA Truck Service locations. You will coordinate quotes, source parts, and ensure a clean, safe service area while delivering a high-quality experience for travelers and fleet customers.

The role requires strong communication skills, cashier experience, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Recent cashier and customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in repair or parts shop is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions.
• Prepare and communicate quotes to customers.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Maintain clean service counters and showroom.
• Ensure safety of customers and team members.
