TravelCenters of America is seeking a Truck Service Advisor to provide first-rate customer service, write and process work orders and OTC transactions, and coordinate parts sourcing and quotes. The role emphasizes selling services and maintaining safe, clean service counters and work areas.

The ideal candidate will have cashier and customer service experience, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience; experience in repair or parts shop preferred.
• Strong suggestive selling skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Write, detail, and process (pay out) Work Orders and OTC transactions.
• Secure Purchase Orders, prepare and communicate quotes to customer.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Prepare end of shift drop and shift report; manage payment types.
• Ensure the cleanliness of service counters, showroom, and restrooms.
• Maintain the safety of customers and team members.
