Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Truck Service Advisor to provide first-rate service to customers, write work orders, and handle OTC transactions. You will use your product knowledge to upsell services and prepare quotes, with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency across our TA Truck Service locations.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and a valid driver's license. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected as part of a supportive team

Qualifications

• Experience in cashier and customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are expected.
• Basic computer skills are required for transaction processing.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions.
• Prepare and communicate quotes to customers; secure Purchase Orders.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of service counters and showroom.
• Ensure safety of customers and team members.
