Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Truck Service Advisor to deliver first-rate service, write work orders, process OTC transactions, and manage quotes and purchase orders. You will assist customers with product and service knowledge and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities include sourcing parts, coordinating delivery, and preparing shift reports while keeping the service area clean and safe. The role requires flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service and cashier experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process work orders and OTC transactions; prepare and communicate quotes to customers.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service counters, showroom, and restrooms; ensure safety of customers and staff.
