Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Truck Service Advisor to provide first-rate service, write work orders, manage OTC transactions, and coordinate parts so travelers stay on the road. You will work with a wide team across our 280 locations to deliver outstanding service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication and selling skills, and the ability to handle cashier duties. We offer competitive wages and a robust benefits package to qualified team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior cashier and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions.
• Secure Purchase Orders, Prepare and communicate quotes to customer.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Prepare end of shift drop and shift report; Understand various payment types.
• Maintain the cleanliness of service counters, showroom, and restrooms.
• Ensure the safety of both customers and team members.
