You will write work orders, process OTC transactions, and coordinate parts sourcing while maintaining professional interactions with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience; repair or parts shop experience a plus.
• Presents self in a professional manner to customers and coworkers.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions.
• Secure Purchase Orders and prepare quotes for customers.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Maintain clean service counters, showroom, and restrooms.
• Ensure safety of customers and team members.
• Assist with ETA Work Orders and proper documentation.
