TravelCenters of America is seeking a Truck Service Advisor to join our nationwide team. You will write work orders, process OTC transactions, and assist customers with parts and services at our TA Truck Service centers.

Bring strong cash handling, upselling skills, and a collaborative attitude to help keep travelers on the road. The role requires high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer and POS systems.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process work orders and OTC transactions; prepare quotes and secure purchase orders.
• Source parts from vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Maintain clean and organized service counters, showroom, and restrooms.
• Ensure customer safety and professionalism in all interactions.
• Assist with daily shift reporting and transaction processing.
