Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Truck Service Advisor to deliver first-rate service at TA Truck Service locations across the network. You will write and process Work Orders, handle OTC transactions, and secure purchase orders while delivering outstanding customer care to travelers.

You will source parts, prepare quotes, and communicate with customers and vendors. A high school diploma and strong communication skills, basic computer literacy, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in cashier or customer service preferred.
• Strong suggestive selling skills.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer literacy and POS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Write and process Work Orders and OTC transactions.
• Secure Purchase Orders and prepare quotes.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Maintain clean service counters and safety.
• Provide excellent customer service and upsell where appropriate.
