TravelCenters of America is seeking a Truck Service Advisor to provide first-rate service, process Work Orders and OTC transactions, and support customers throughout the service cycle. The role emphasizes accuracy, suggestive selling, and professional interaction with travelers at our TA Truck Service locations.

You will handle quotes, secure purchase orders, and coordinate parts delivery while upholding safety and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Professional appearance and customer-facing demeanor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions.
• Prepare and communicate quotes to customers; obtain Purchase Orders.
• Source parts from vendors and coordinate delivery; manage end-of-shift reports.
• Ensure cleanliness of service counters, showroom, and restrooms; maintain safety of staff and customers.
