TravelCenters of America is seeking a Truck Service Advisor to deliver first-rate service, process work orders, and manage OTC transactions at our TA Truck Service locations. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, accurate quotes, and effective parts coordination.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, cashier and customer service experience, and strong communication with a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong suggestive selling skills beneficial.
• Presents self professionally to customers, management, and coworkers.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process work orders and OTC transactions; prepare quotes for customers.
• Coordinate sourcing of parts from external vendors and manage deliveries.
• Maintain clean service counters, showroom, and customer restrooms; ensure safety of customers and team.
