Job summary

TravelCenters of America is hiring a Truck Service Advisor to join our National Truck Service team. You will write work orders, handle OTC transactions, and coordinate quotes and orders for parts and services across TA locations.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, supplier coordination, and customer-focused service, with opportunities to upsell and improve traveler experiences while maintaining safety standards at our service counters and bays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions; properly write up an ETA Work Order; secure Purchase Orders, prepare and communicate quotes to customers.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Prepare end of shift drop and shift report; understand various payment types.
• Maintain the cleanliness of service counters, showroom, and customer restrooms.
• Ensure the safety of both customers and team members.
