Responsibilities

• Greet customers and gather vehicle concerns in the maintenance area.
• Explain estimates and provide daily updates; check recalls and verify warranty coverage.
• Submit warranty repair orders and retrieve vehicle information (VIN, mileage).
• Prepare repair orders and obtain necessary approvals; monitor progress until completion.
• Close out service orders and collect payments; ensure customer satisfaction.
