Job summary

Velocity Vehicle Group in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service in the maintenance area. You will greet customers, listen to vehicle concerns, and conduct inspections to identify issues.

You will proactively check recalls, retrieve vehicle information, and explain estimates while maintaining strong customer rapport. The role requires clear communication and excellent organization in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Proven technical expertise in truck maintenance or repair.
• Knowledge of trucks and parts required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced shop.
• Collaborative work with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the maintenance area and listen to vehicle concerns.
• Inspect vehicles and proactively check recalls.
• Explain estimates and provide daily updates to customers.
• Prepare and document warranty repair orders; obtain approvals.
• Verify warranty/service contract coverage and monitor repair progress.
• Close out service orders and collect payments.
• Maintain accurate RO entries in the service database.
