• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and proactively check for recalls
• Retrieve crucial vehicle information and explain estimates to customers
• Provide daily updates and maintain strong customer rapport
• Submit documentation for warranty repair orders and handle related admin
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage and obtain necessary approvals
• Prepare repair orders describing symptoms, repairs and causes discovered
• Monitor repair work to ensure timely completion and close out service orders
