Velocity Vehicle Group is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service in our maintenance area. You will greet customers, listen to vehicle concerns, perform inspections, check recalls, and communicate estimates clearly.

The role includes submitting warranty orders, verifying coverage, and monitoring repairs to ensure on-time completion. Responsibilities also include handling admin tasks, collecting payments, and closing service orders while maintaining strong customer

Qualifications

• Proven ability to diagnose vehicle issues and communicate effectively.
• Strong knowledge of heavy truck parts and maintenance processes.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication with customers.

Responsibilities
